Friends of the Stephen Hawking Foundation!
The Foundation is a registered charity with the following aims: “To facilitate research into Cosmology, Astrophysics and Fundamental Particle Physics both at school and university level. It will also facilitate and support work relating to Motor Neurone Disease and those living with the disease.”
Professor Stephen Hawking was renowned for extending the boundaries of knowledge and unveiling brilliant discoveries. His teaching and research inspired generations and within the world of academia Prof Stephen was highly acclaimed as among the brightest scientist of his day.
Fittingly, this was marked by the interment of his mortal remains, in the Science Corner of Westminster Abbey on the 15th June 2018, where his grave lies between Sir Isaac Newton and Charles Darwin.

Voluntary Donations
If you would also like to make a voluntary donation in addition to the subscription, we would be extremely grateful. Donations are particularly valuable from Friends and they can be augmented by Gift Aid for qualifying donors, adding a further 25% to the donation.
As a charity, we believe that seeking voluntary donations is the simplest and fairest means of increasing our annual revenue.
